{"id":964,"date":"2019-04-11T09:25:24","date_gmt":"2019-04-11T08:25:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.williamsonfineart.co.uk\/?p=964"},"modified":"2019-04-11T09:25:24","modified_gmt":"2019-04-11T08:25:24","slug":"added-effects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.williamsonfineart.co.uk\/?p=964","title":{"rendered":"Added Effects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is the final week of the term in which my class have been re-visiting watercolour basics &#8211;\u00a0 it&#8217;s always good to revise, especially when, like me, you&#8217;re dissatisfied\u00a0 with current efforts.\u00a0 So we were examining what wax resist, different sizes of salt granules, using a natural sponge, scratching with a craft knife, and using the other end of the brush, can do for a painting.
